Alligators Nest Swimming Hole is situated on a tranquil rain forest stream in Tully Gorge National Park. The pool features crystal clear water and you can see all the way to the bottom. The water colour is just phenomenal against the lush green rain forest background. Alligators Nest is a great swimming hole for the whole family. Despite its name, there are no crocodiles found here. The swimming hole is just a short 6.3km drive north of Tully in a National Park with free entry. Facilities include drop toilets, picnic tables and shady trees.
