Fairy Falls is accessed from the Crystal Cascades car park near Redlynch in Cairns. This secluded waterfall is well worth the 15min walk. The path to the falls is quite rough and rocky, but just follow the creek upstream and you will eventually come across the falls. The falls have a beautiful clear plunge pool which makes for a great place to cool down. It’s only a very small swimming hole, but it’s situated in a very peaceful location in the rain forest.
